The player from Peru is experiencing issues with withdrawal due to ongoing verification. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
More than two weeks ago I requested a withdrawal and they ask me to verify my account, I send requested documents and they reject it and they have me waiting like this for more than two weeks and they do not deposit anything, totally a scam

Please understand that KYC is a very important and essential process, during which the casino makes sure that the money is sent to the rightful owner. As they don't have the luxury of being able to physically see all of the players and check their identification and documents, this is the only way gambling establishments are able to complete the verification procedures. None of the serious and licensed casinos takes KYC lightly and it might take a few working days to complete this thorough process.
Could you please advise which documents you provided? Has the casino provided any explanation Did the casino provide any explanation as to why your documents were rejected?
