Player’s deposit has never been credited into his account. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
I made a deposit yesterday morning, of 50 euros, its shows deposit failed, but the amount was taken from my bank account. I contacted live chat assistance, and they keep lying me, they said my case is under review, but is the same agent always, that's already suspicious. So they said yesterday it can take up to 24 hours for resolving the issue, now those hours are gone, and I did not receive any response, refund or money in my ballance

If your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing I would recommend is contacting your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a complicated process that takes one month approximately. In these cases, the casino has its hands tied.
