The player from Austria had submitted a withdrawal request less than two weeks prior to contacting us. Winnings hadn't been obtained up to that day. We had advised the player to be patient and cooperate fully with the casino, as it was common for withdrawals to take some time to process. The player later confirmed that he had received the money. Consequently, we marked the complaint as resolved.

Looking for all kind of excuses so they don’t pay me. First they said that it was a technical problem, then they said that the account wasn’t verified, then that I had too many withdrawals opened, then that I’m not using the right withdrawal option (although one of them send me a link that I could use!!) then they blamed that I can’t make a bank transfer to a credit card. However, one person in the chat said that I can!!! I decided to make a deposit with my debit card so they can transfer the payment there. Guess what, first they said your account isn’t verified, oh sorry you are verified but that new card isn’t verified, we suggest to to do the withdrawal to the old card…. I mean these guys are just playing around.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
