The player's deposit was not credited for 4 days. The complaint was closed as the player stopped responding.
I've been waiting for 4 days for my deposit to be posted! The vip manager does not answer, the support always has another excuse

I would like to warn you, that if your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing you can do is to contact your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a lengthy process which takes approximately one month. In these cases, casino has its hands tied. Meanwhile, I would strongly recommend not to deposit any more funds until the issue is sorted.
If the money got lost during the transaction, it’s going to take some time before it’ll be credited to your casino account.

The casino has already confirmed to me that it is the casino itself and there are several players waiting for their deposit to be booked!
The casino told me today to take care of it myself and contact the payment provider. The chat is then simply closed. I find it really sad that you are treated like that!

As long as you provided all the documents and information about the processed payment from your provider, I'm sure it is only a matter of time before the casino would credit your deposit. Based on our experience some lost deposit might take up to a month to be credited but of course it can be much shorter time. I really can only recommend to wait if you did provide all the proof to the casino.
