I requested a cash out of $1900 on September 2 via interac etransfer. After waiting several days I did not receive anything. I contacted live chat and they said they will create a ticket with their platform provider. I contacted live chat again several times and there was no new info or money.


On September 14 @ 08:23 time, I logged in and noticed the $1900 was put back into my account and I requested a cash out. Their website says they will process payments within 1-2 business days. It has not been that and they are once again telling me they will create a ticket with their platform provider. I feel as I am getting the run around. Please help.

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and is yes, since when exactly? Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?
