Requested cashout. No pending bonus requirements. After 18 business days I contacted about the withdrawal, then it showed completed but I never received. So I reached out to support about my withdrawal. Next thing I know my account login is invalid and my email "didn’t exist". They closed my account and never paid me.

Yes my account was verified, since last year as I had received a cash out once before. My winnings were a real money balance. There was no pending bonus attached . I spoke to the about my withdrawal on Wednesday 5/3. And they said they would check with my account manager about why it showed completed and I didn’t receive. Next thing I know they had deleted my account all together and I never heard anything from account manager
