They try to scam me! I completed their KYC with no problem and deposited a lot of money, having big losses. As long as I was losing, everything was good for them. After I started winning some money back, they declined my withdrawal request and blocked my account saying that I come from a restricted country (which is not true), but even if it was, they of course knew it since I completed their KYC!

Such a scam! Too bad because the site was otherwise good, same us their sister brand Justbit. I will seek legal action, hoping to get fair treatment.

Hello alex7,

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint and I'm really sorry to hear about your issue with TrueFlip.io Casino. Please allow me to ask you a few more question before we would move forward.

Could you please advise when did you register into the casino? Since when exactly is your account verified? Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus? When was the last time you speak to the casino and what was it about?

Looking forward to your answer.

Regards,

Nick

Hi and thanks a lot for your prompt reply.

I registered with them on Jan 14th and completed their KYC successfully the next day. All my winnings came from deposits; no bonus was ever used and the only game I played was evolution's live casino. Last I spoke with them was yesterday, them claiming that I come from a restricted country (I live and work in a whitelist country, as well as any from there), so the won't pay me and they will block my account. They just offered to pay back my deposits (which is of course not acceptable, because I had also lost money with their sister brand).

Hello alex7,

As long as the casino allowed you to play there, they should also pay out any winnings generated (If you did not alter your location by using VPN or other similar programs).

Can you please clarify from which country did you register and from which country are your verification documents issued?

Hi and thanks again. The casino decided to pay me after all, saying that they made a mistake.
