The player from United Kingdom is dissatisfied with the casino’s RTP (Return to Player). We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
I beleive their games are fixed or extremely low % for winnings. I deposited £120 and received 2 bonus games and coincidently they ended rather quickly.
I recognized a certain win line on book of dead seem to occur often, which never really gives you any winnings.
Upon requesting some sort of a refund and accusing them of this, they pretended to care and offer a refund, while asking for pictures of all my documents, license and the FRONT AND BACK of my credit card, which of course is odd, most companies only need to confirm the front, and never see the valuable 3 digits on the back.
Definetly avoid. Awful.
