I made a deposit on 03.06.23 and won 2500 euros. Unfortunately, my winnings were confiscated, as Tonybet announced that I had closed my account in 2021 due to gambling problems. They do not show evidence. They said they would pay me back my deposit of 90 euros. They say they tried to make withdrawal on my Creditcard, but nothing happens. I haven't been able to explain to them for almost a week that I made a deposit on a credit card that doesn't have an linked IBAN to it, so its impossible to make withdrawal to it. They don't understand this, and they ask me for different documents. The bank cannot submit such documents they request and I have tried explain this to the for over a week. Please help me get my deposit back. I no longer have the strength to explain the same thing to them.
