The player's withdrawal is delayed for unknown reason. The complaint was resolved as the player received her winnings.
So I uploaded my documents and, according to the support, already verified them. But I haven't received any notification via email
My payout is still pending and support said it takes 48 hours to confirm after account verification. But the internet says 12 hours... After that, when it's finally confirmed, I have to wait another 7 days until mine arrives.
I don't know, I just hope I get money soon...

Hello, in between my money arrived, but my profile is deactivated, or the deposit does not work at all. They wrote that my account is verified...
