I have been trying to get this resolved alll day.

I am EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED. 


I started my morning with 3 pending withdrawals that I have been waiting for your finance team to process since March 1 and March 3. 


I canceled one of those withdrawals around 11am this morning. I played that amount and even ended up winning $1300+ on a game doubling my amount in my account. I then tried to withdrawal the $1200 but your site wouldn’t allow it. So I kept playing. I lost it all. I accidentally pressed cancel on the other pending withdrawal of $1200 but I didn’t get it credited to my account. And the pending status was gone. That $1200 wasn’t played because I didn’t receive it! Your agents refuse to help me. As soon as I pressed cancel, the money was gone. It never made it to my account. So I immediately contacted support. They said I played it. I would like a proof of where they see that amount being played. That would mean a total of $2400 would have been canceled and played. I have attached a screen shot of my $1300+ winning so that is not being confused with my canceled withdrawal.
