The player from Australia had submitted a withdrawal request less than two weeks before contacting us. The winnings had not been obtained up to that day. The player confirmed that his account was fully verified and he had previously received withdrawals from the same casino without issues. However, that time, he did not receive his winnings within the usual timeframe. We had advised the player to wait for at least 14 days after requesting the withdrawal before submitting a complaint. We extended the timer for the player's response by 7 days, but the player failed to respond. Consequently, we were unable to investigate further and had to reject the complaint.

I made a withdrawal of $4500 on the 15th of January 2024 at 7.01pm there was no bonus or wager and no reason for it to still be taking so long considering I've withdrawal from them multiple times and it never toke over 4 hour from making the withdrawal for it to be in my bank account and the casinos 24/7 customer support is absolutely useless any help I'll be muchly appreciated cheers legends

Ok thanks alot but yer everything is verified I actually withdraw $5000 a week and a half ago from the same casino and it was in my account 4 hours later like normal I've never actually heard of anyone having a problem with the casino and there withdrawal the only think I can think is this was the first time I've withdrawal money and the deposit I did that won me the money was from my card every other time I've deposited its been a payid deposit but yer hopefully it go's in soon
