Finally had a win that paid well

Withdraw 7500 and had a standing balance of 450+

I check the next day to see if my withdrawal was processed. To find my account banned


Accidentally logged out so lost connection to that account. I then made a account to contact support and I was shut off and banned again

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and if yes, since when exactly? Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about? Did they specify the reason of blocking your account?

My account was verified yes many months in use


It was blocked on the 1-5-23

My winnings past the bonus stage by several thousand


My account was blocked because I used my joint account to deposit

But only blocked after I made the withdrawal.

I spoke to the casino yesterday via another account and once they figured who I was they again blocked that and said basically good luck 🤞
