The player from Australia had requested a withdrawal prior to submitting this complaint. Unfortunately, his winnings had not been received yet. The player had reported that despite the casino processing the withdrawal, the funds were not received within the stated 24-hour timeframe. The Complaints Team had advised the player to wait at least 14 days after requesting the withdrawal before submitting a complaint. However, the player's issue was resolved before this period, with the player confirming receipt of his winnings. As a result, we had marked the complaint as 'resolved'.

I withdraw $3000 10th January 6:01pm it's still sitting there saying You Have A Withdrawal Request Pending and the only option it's giving me is to Cancel.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

I have made several withdrawals there was no issue or hold up with the past withdrawals and it states that withdrawals and parents will be received within 24hrs
