I requested a withdrawal on the 13th of january at approximately 11pm. I have withdrawn from this casino before and never had a problem until now. My withdrawal request was for $370. The withdrawal still had not been put into my account by the 15th of january and now the option to message customer support has been removed from the page so i cannot

contact support at all now.
