The player from India had requested a withdrawal prior to submitting his complaint, but unfortunately, his winnings had not been received at that time. After the complaint was submitted, the Complaints Team had advised him that withdrawals might take a few days or even weeks to be fully processed, and had suggested that he wait at least 14 days after requesting the withdrawal before submitting a complaint. The player later confirmed that he had received his withdrawal the day after his complaint was filed. Following this confirmation, we had marked the complaint as 'resolved' in our system.

I have placed an withdrawl for 525000 but the withdrawls placed before this are below 1 laks and its processed in 2 hrs this one they have not credited yet and saying 24hrs now its already 16hrs gone..it seems like they are trying to cheat i dont know what to do

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
