The player from the United Kingdom had submitted a withdrawal request less than two weeks before contacting us. The winnings hadn't been obtained up to that day. The player claimed that the online casino had taken her winnings away due to a glitch. However, we were unable to proceed with the complaint as the casino in question only offers an app version, and we only handled complaints for casinos with official websites. Consequently, the complaint was closed without resolution.

So I have been playing this site for some weeks and am not pro just a learner and like any gambling it's the luck of the draw.. So I won twice once for $86 and another $188 playing this bingo game.. I made a withdrawal for the $86 and was told it would take 24 hours to process.. Then out of the blue I get this email which I have added together with other images of the wins.. I was told that there was a glitch and my winnings have been taken away... Is this not the site just not playing fair with me I won these amounts playing the game as it should be played.. my email is winz100@icloud.com but your system doesn't seem to accept this

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

Hello again, I think you have the wrong end of the stick I won’t get my withdrawal because the site took it away and I uploaded photos of the response I had and photos of the withdrawal from my account… I was asking if a site can actually take away a withdrawal saying there was a clinch . I’d be grateful if you could read my complaint again .. Many thanks
