I won a bet and now I have 15.000€ in my balance. I tried to withdraw 10.000€ and now the site says I have to deposit 12% of the amount or 1200€ in order to „unlock" them processing my withdrawal.

they say they can’t take their commission from my balance and I have to deposit 1200€ to get my withdrawal. Their terms of service says that they can withhold a % of the withdrawal as a commission. But nowhere they say that I have to deposit 12% again in order to get my money out. I just want my money out there I don’t want to deposit another 1200€

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and is yes, since when exactly? Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus? Did you ever deposit anything into the casino? Did you play casino games or sports betting? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Hello Nick thank you for your quick response!

my account is email verified but not kyc as they didn’t require it. I accumulated the wins only with real money - no bonus! I deposited a total of 260$ into the casino and I won with sports bets. I last spoke to support yesterday when I tried withdrawing and they told me about the commission I have to pay. That conversation is the one shown in the screenshots.

i really look forward to your response and I hope you can help me get my money out there.

As you might know, our forum Casino.Guru, deals with the complaints regarding online casinos only. I understand it must be difficult for you, but unfortunately, we don’t have enough insight to take on this kind of issue, related to a sports betting.
