The player from Texas had requested a withdrawal prior to submitting this complaint. Unfortunately, her winnings hadn't been received yet. She received two payments of $30 each, but she hadn't received her full payout. We had extended the timer for her response twice, but she didn't reply to our further inquiries. As a result, we were unable to investigate further and had to reject the complaint.

I played the game for the first time with promo play + deposit,I specifically asked on messenger what the cashout rules,minimum & max limitations & the answer was 60$ minimum & 200$ maximum daily,so I played but lost so I deposited again 10$ without promo & lost that,so I deposited 10$ once again & won 60$,but when I requested my earnings I was told that I had to request 30$ & the rest would be gone...I refused to only request 30$ because that's not what i won,so then they started to tell me that it was 3× the deposit amount which was not mentioned at all when I asked about cashout rules,so I continued to refuse & send them screenshots of the conversation in messenger when they told me the rules,so they kept insisting that I request 30$,so i finally decided to request the 30$ on yesterday and they have continued to read my messages & not respond or send my payment..I need my money now!!! This is unjust, unprofessional & unfair...when I log back in to my account my balance is at 0, but I do have the screenshots of everything

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
