The player from Australia had her winnings voided due to a breach of bonus terms. We closed the complaint because the player stopped responding.
I requested a payout on or around the 24/07/2023 - I had made a prior withdraw the month priot for around $800 which took a a few weeks but came through.
When i went to make this second withdrawl a month later for around $2500 I recive an email from the casino saying there was a problem with my BSB and account number and to re-submit it. So i did that. A few weeks went past an no money was withdrawn. I sent multiple emails to payments@playerattendant.com - one was on the 05/08/2022 almost a month later and i got no response back.
The next follow up email was on the 16/09/2022 with no response, i also made multiple request to find out what the delay was with customer service via the live chat and was told they had problems withdrawing payments due to the system and to wait 14 days evry 14 days i was told the same thing. Then around October 2022 the casino dissapeard from the web for a few months.

Then around 1-2 months ago the casino has re-opend. after 7-8 months i still have no payout.
Then today the 3/02/2023 i emailed their support team and they removed all my funds of $2500 and told be i had mixed deposits. the took all the fund i had and was playing.
The reason for removing all my winings despite delaying the payout for 7 months was that i used free spins or a bonus. however i have emails and account transactions showing that they added the bonus to my accounts and activated them automaticlly. It was not my or choice or my doing, that asside my payment should have been paid out with in 14 days not 7-8 months later. I am extremely stressed about this, I actually have put real money into this casino and not even been offered anything at all. Its absoulytly terrible how i have been treated and lied to as a trusting and loyal player/client

Do you have access to your bonus history from before the casino closed? Could you please advise if your winnings come from a deposit bonus exclusively? Would you be able to provide us with any evidence the bonus was added to your account without your knowledge? Could you please advise if you played said bonus after it was added to your account?
