The player from Georgia had reported not receiving his payout from a Casino, despite his account having been fully verified. He had claimed that the casino's customer support was unresponsive and had failed to provide any information regarding his withdrawal request. His withdrawal, which had been pending since December 12, was no longer showing up in his account. He had only received $20 out of the $200 he had requested to withdraw. However, due to the player's lack of response to our inquiries for additional information and evidence, we were unable to investigate the case further. As a result, the complaint was rejected.

The casino is advanguard casino

My account has been verified

When I asked them in direct chat I'm told that they can't give me any info and will have someone from the financial department reach out ..but they haven't..I sent emails and get no response ...my withdrawal had been pending since Dec 12...but yesterday I checked and it is no longer showing up as pending...I did receive 20 dollars but my withdrawel was for 200 ...I have not heard anything from them
