Hi I self excluded from paddy power a few years ago because of gambling addiction, some time later I went on to open an account with skybet I had this account for some time from January 2024 , but in October 2024 my account was closed due to detection of a self exclusion from there sister site which can only be paddy power that's the first of my knowledge , so I proceeded to ask sky customer support for a refund to which they declined on the grounds that when i open my sky acount i had a self exclusion with betfair in a different name which is completely rong i didnt try to open a betfair acount until october 2024 which was declined because of my self exclusion at paddy power I self excluded from paddy power then opened a sky account and they allowed me to bet for some time before closing my account so what they have said is rong and there refusing to speak further with me saying there decision is final
