The player from Ohio had requested a withdrawal less than two weeks prior to submitting the complaint. The payment hadn't been processed yet. After advising the player to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting the withdrawal, we had extended the timer for his response by 7 days. However, due to the lack of response from the player, we were unable to investigate further and had to reject the complaint.

This casino verified me so I played I won and I went to redeem they rejected me saying I needed to be verified again so I got four emails saying that I'm verified they again made me reverify again made me email them my social security number made me email them a selfie everything my bank statement so they reverified me again and they keep rejecting my redemptions five redemptions rejected and now they're saying it's technical issues causing it they are procrastinating on paying me they just keep giving me excuse after excuse after excuse again I verified three separate times and I was verified completely three separate times and they kept ripping my verification out and making me redo it saying that's why they're not paying me now they're saying technical issues is now why they're not paying me. I'm including all the 13 emails that it took to verify me two extra times after the first time I'm including the four emails they sent me four different times saying that I was verified after they had to verify me those four times and they recently just sent me another email saying my redemption is pending please be patient and then they reject it again after that.

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
