Thank you very much for submitting your complaint and I'm really sorry to hear about your issue with TCL99 Casino. Please allow me to ask you a few more question before we would move forward.

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and if yes, since when exactly? Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about - did they specify the reason of blocking your account?

My hall issue it about that they keep saying to me that they payed it to my account b you t I received nothing they nt denying that I won but they insisting that they sent it and it's been deducted from they account and suplyed me with fake receipt. And they keep saying check with my bank that's where the problem and I gave them bank statement but they just keep playing me and saying the same thing it's sent to ur account dear.

If the payment got complete on 10th of October it definitely did not appear on the same day in your account. Can you please forward a longer transaction history to prove that you did not received the money from the casino? As withdrawals may take up to 14 days, it would be best for the whole October.

Yeh that's right and all that coz it's been recommended by FB other wise I would of nt played,doesn't face book should cover this coz they recommending so many elegal and I readed that they getting about 35 and they been suted in America and lost coz they been recommending so many elegal casinos,so what are we up to Nick.

I found that girl that manage that tcl99 casino she's involved every were on Facebook tomany groops and pages and she does so many jobs and I'm so sure she's involved in so many scams and I diged out that she's admin for problem solver on face book ,they ripping poeple off and charging them 50$ to solve they issue the money for the refund department and she's following my complaint on Facebook and one of my post on her groop page I believe that casino owned by facebook .I lodged so many complained and with evidence but they still got them all over and recommending every were else her name Ashley fisher. She even involved into hiring poeple with jobs and loans and Facebook should cover my money cause it's they fault I got ripped by this scammer.thanks

We would like to ask the casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’ which may negatively affect its rating.

Good day is there any update on this matter and U appinion who can I go to for help! And would U have any information about which country this casino is registered,is it UK if U can help me with this mater,and I believe if U got no power over this casino they nt going to work with U coz they the one that ripped me with the money her name (Ashley f***) and she's the one who managing it I believe and she on facebook she manage so many fraud stuff ,I believe Facebook is in fault that why I got ripped coz they recommended them to me olso maybe they own tcl99 as well

I have tried to contact the casino repeatedly but had no success. I'm afraid there is not much that can be achieved without cooperation from its side. Since the casino operates without a valid license and doesn't refer to any ADR service, there is no gaming authority to turn to. 

I will mark the complaint as "unresolved" in our system. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue. However, the decrease in the rating caused by unresolved complaints could help to change the casino's approach. If the casino decides to react, we will reopen the complaint and you will be notified by email. 

I can only recommend you choose casinos by their reviews and ratings in the future to avoid situations like this. I am sorry we could not be of more help on this occasion.
