The player from Ontario submitted a withdrawal request less than two weeks prior to contacting us. Winnings haven’t been obtained up to this day. The casino closed the player's account and voided his winnings. They also provided us with evidence of multiple accounts. Therefore we rejected the player's complaint.

Hi i joined tangierscasino.com from a ad i had on facebook and figures id try it as its named after the casino in movie casino but wow what a run around over 7 days and i get my withdrawl declined saying my id needs to be uploaded heres the thing i first won 300 and was withdrawling that small amount i used live chat talked to them and verifited it 100% id bank doc and all the asked for now i get them telling me nope need fo upload it i followed all steps on two different browsers and error at the end saying id dont match all lies as my id was fully verified 2 weeks ago so me being patient and exited never won this much money b4 just to get the run around and i used no depoist bonus i played for 2 days winning and losing and finsly won big and cashed out i dont understand how betsoft or pragmatix play license this casino if there just scamming people thete winnings iveplayed at other casinos and takes like 1 day for withdrawl and verified i was verified first day and now im not as i want my 4000 and i emailed them 3 times during the week asking if everything is ok they said yes takes 5 days not once sayint i need to re do verification horribe experience please help not sure what to do next

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.

Just received a email stating i need to wait another 5 days for review witch makes no sense as they reviewed it already then some how lost my id so i had to re verify and i did now have to wait a whole week with sat and sun not being week days here is the email

I did not use a depoist bonus . I had my account verified on September 2nd did my withdrawl of 4000 on September 5th still have not got my winnings.

After careful consideration, we will now close the complaint as 'rejected'. The casino provided us with sufficient evidence of multiple accounts which are connected to your account via multiple factors, and on multiple occasions, bonuses were taken advantage of.


Under these circumstances, we can't argue in your favor and will have to conclude the casino's actions were justified.


Casinos have a very strict policy regarding multiple account cases that have been used in this way. I wish I could have been of more help. Even though we couldn't help you in this case, don't hesitate to contact us if you have issues with any online casino in the future.
