I have problems withdrawing my winnings with neteller 

Neteller told me to contact the casino which I did they told me they could not help me I must contact neteller and not tangiers or neteller helped me 

All of the sudden I received an email from tangiers that my account had been closed 

Now my question is  what about my winnings

The reasin for asking for help is because Neteller tell me I must contact you Thats why I did it  If you cannot tell them to enable my account have you perhaps know the licence board of such places who I can contact 

I will appreciate  it if I can get hold of an email address
