I have been using Tangiers for a couple of weeks now all of tha sudden they close my account. First I created one then had it stopped and used one toz420 username. I was chatting to them the night before n went to refund account with 30 when I woke up and my account is blocked. I've been funding the account n getting free spins then they close it no warning.

 

I need one account as I've only 2 emails and now both are used no photo I'd tho prison release photo n gov docs plus I just want to fund till I get I'd or my licence back and play till I have required documents then withdraw

 

Tho nothing's good Enuff they won't reopen it

Dear Torrian,

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. Please understand, in a vast majority of casinos, players are only allowed to have one player account per casino. Opening more than one account is against the T&Cs, and duplicate accounts are generally closed after being discovered.

Please could you clarify if you have redeemed any welcome bonus using any of these accounts? Casinos only allow players to create one account to protect themselves against bonus abusers. Opening multiple accounts and trying to claim the welcome bonus more than once is one of a small number of ways that players can use to gain an advantage over the casino, or at least make the casino's advantage smaller. This is why it makes sense that casinos protect themselves by closing duplicate accounts.
