I have tried to resolve this matter directly with the casino, but they have been unable to provide a satisfactory explanation or solution. It has now been three months since I first raised this issue, and the amount continues to remain inaccessible. Recently, the platform displayed that the amount had been "written off," which I find unacceptable and unjust.


This situation feels like outright cheating, as I have followed all necessary procedures to claim my funds. I request your immediate intervention to resolve this matter and ensure that I can withdraw the amount I rightfully own.

I have been a player at Tamashabet.in for approximately 1.5 to 2 years. When I attempted to withdraw my funds, the casino informed me that they were writing off my balance. They referenced some sections in their terms to justify the denial of my withdrawal. Initially, they deducted ₹30,000, and later, they removed the remaining amount from my account.




I accumulated my balance without using any bonuses. Unfortunately, I do not have chat transcripts, as I was unable to log in for the past two months. When I finally regained access, I noticed that all previous chat records had been cleared. However, I can provide screenshots of my payment history as evidence.



Please let me know how I can proceed further, and I appreciate your support in resolving this issue.

I would like to add that I have previously made two successful withdrawals of ₹99,000 each. However, as soon as I attempted to withdraw again, the casino took immediate action to block my withdrawal and falsely accused me of using another account or device. These allegations are completely untrue.


I am attaching screenshots as evidence to support my claim. Please review them and let me know how we can proceed further. I appreciate your help in resolving this issue.

I have tried to contact the casino repeatedly but had no success. I'm afraid there is not much that can be achieved without cooperation from its side. Since the casino operates without a valid license and doesn't refer to any ADR service, there is no gaming authority to turn to.
