Sykaaa Casino - Player's deposit seems lost.

Dear casino Guru team,

I deposit BTC 10.46 USD this casino 20/02/2023 but deposit is not credited , I chat to live one CS told me upload deposit screenshot, I attached the casino site as the same Screenshot, after informed ,they tell wait please , still 1 day over anyone not replay i send more mail with evidence , I try to skype call never respond please help and do the needful.
