The player from Morocco is experiencing a technical difficulty. He is receiving error message after requesting a withdrawal. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
I tried t withdraw money , but every time I confirm the withdrawal the page take t long to load . after waiting the loads of the confirmation page , I land on a page that says that server is temporary down and I have to try again . I contacted the costumer service . they just advice
to retry and waiting . so I did retry and wait for more than 2 days . nothing has been changed .their system is always down .

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. Have you tried clearing your cache & cookies, and requesting a withdrawal again? Have you tried using a different browser?
