I have £280 sitting in my account now and have tried withdrawing £30 and have not received anything for over a week, I can’t get in touch with anyone, I’ve emailed and been typing in support chat for days with no response what so ever. I can’t even withdraw the rest or try to because it says only 1 withdraw request at a time. I have just been totally ignored.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. It’s quite usual for withdrawal, to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint. Okay, but I have still not received nothing from there end, I haven’t been contacted back on live chat or there support email.

Okay Thankyou so much for helping! I will get back to you when the 2 weeks has past, as I have a feeling I’m just 1 of the many who has been ignored and not received any withdrawal judging by reviews from months passing. I’m just praying when you intervene they respond and deal with me, Thankyou!

Hello again, this is my first time trying to withdraw and have now been waiting for far too long, I have submitted my passport picture, my driving license, my debit card, screenshots of the Apple Pay transaction and I still have not received my withdrawal and still have £280 sitting in my account, I submitted all documents over a week ago and the only communication I've had with them is automated emails to say they need verification (to which I have sent those documents) I've tried speaking on live chat but get no response as well

update: they have got in contact and said they can not withdraw to me through Apple Pay which is what I deposited with, so they have asked me to provide my bank details so they can wire transfer, so I have but had no response as of yet

So far I’ve heard no response since submitting my bank details as I was told I would get an automated email saying things have been processed but seems like they haven’t even tried to send nothing so far, it’s been 3-4 days now since sending my bank details and have had no response or email since. I’m just hoping for the best at this point and expecting nothing going off what I’ve read from other people with this casino. Surely they would of already tried to send it to me by now. I still have £280 in my account on the casino but because I’ve already processed a withdrawal of £30 I can’t request anymore withdrawals until that has been sorted. So I feel like even when this is sorted I’m going to have to go through this whole scenario once again to get more money which is mine back into my bank account.
