Hi I want to withdraw my winnings but it won't let me as it has the bonus still on which was £20 I did not use it so the amount is £220 it says I have to ask them to remove the bonus then I can withdraw I have sent several chats and emails but know one ever replys and no reply to my emails either only a bot on chat this been going on for a week I am attaching what I have sent I already was verified I sent them in at the sign up and they sent I was very back getting very frustrated can you please help , my user name is h***71 swift casino
