The player from Germany received a message with a bonus offer in return for leaving a positive review. The bonus has never been credited. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
Two days ago I received an email from SvenPlay regarding the annual nomination on a very well-known gambling platform that probably everyone knows. SvenPlay asked me to rate the casino on the platform positively and I would receive a € 10 cash bonus and free spins as a thank you. Then I did that and rated this casino positively, although I had mostly negative experiences with this casino. Even the support, which was always unfriendly to me, I rated positively no idea why I did that.
Now I've been trying to reach this casino for days, the chat is never available, no matter what time, I send an email, if I don't get an answer, I send a message via the SvenPlay website and the message comes that the email is currently not available . No matter when I try.
I think that's a cheek, because they want to buy positive reviews and in the end don't keep what they promise, that's a scam! I am about to report to the well-known gambling platform that SvenPlay is buying the reviews because on this platform you are only allowed to give honest reviews and have to confirm that you will not get any money for it. What SvenPlay does there I find absolutely corrosive, pure fooling around. I don't want to have the bonus anymore and play there, just want to warn against this casino and its false promises
