The player from Netherlands has been accused of breaching bonus terms by placing a single bet greater than the allowed one. Therefore, his winnings were confiscated. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.

Hi,

I have asked several times to terminate my account, to never play again. They were not willing to do that. What kind of supportive service is that. I wanted the request because i didnt like their service. Withdrawals took so long, where u were tempted to cancle and gamble again. I could not lock my accoutn for ever myself, the live chat couldnt do it for me, only per mail. The email sent me a bonus, because i lost money after a week waiting for my withdrawal to be processed. I ended up cancelling and losing it all.


The support per mail was sorry for hearing it and they gave me a bonus. In the live chat i asked them what the rules were. Answer: 35 wagering. So i did, ending up with a nice profit, which i withdrew.

2 days later. My withdrawal was rejected and the amount of money never to be seen again. Why? because of the max bet in live casino's was suppose to be 5 euro per bet. I played the 50 euro BJ tables.


well, what i dont understand is the following;

In the bonus page the amount of wagering money is given.

When is play 50 euro's, the bet should be rejected. It is bonus money.

If accepted, it should not be deducted of the wagering amount. That amount should remain the same!! Like in other big sites.


Ive mailed them, no reaction.


So i expect the money to be back in my account, where i can play with 5€ per bet. I had 13 days left to meet the conditions.


This site is really scam, misleading. Terms and conditions are hidden. Like a player reads all the 60 articles when a bonus is given.

Dear Jannes,

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I fully understand how difficult the whole situation must be for you. I carefully checked the Bonus Terms on the website, and this is what I found:

„In the interests of fair gaming, there are limits on the maximum bet sizes you can place during the playthrough of any bonus including cashback offers. $10 is the maximum bet unless specifically stated otherwise. Betting above $10 during a bonus playthrough will result in any promotion winnings voided."

Unfortunately, if the casino shares all the relevant information on its website, there is not much I can do for you in this matter. I understand that it would be easier for the players if the maximum bets were controlled and enforced by the casino during the bonus play, but, unfortunately, that is not a common practice yet. It is not unusual for casinos, to put restrictions on the bonus play (restricted games, game providers, maximum bet etc.)

Please, understand that breaching the terms led to confiscating the bonus winnings and it is an irreversible process.

However, if you still wish to close your account, please let me know and we can assist you there. Looking forward to hearing from you.

Hi there, the thing i dont understand is:

I had to wager 150x35=5150

When i place a bet for 50. It does not meet the conditions.

But the amount to wager decreased to 5100. That's not fair.

When it stays 5150, i should know there is something i would do wrong and i would contact support.

They would have told me then that a max bet of 5 euros is the only way to withdraw winnings after wagering.

This is misleading. Especially when i specifically asked for the rules....


On Unibet for example. If you get a Sportsbonus, you can play in the casino.

But when you play with that bonus. The wagering amount does not change one bit.

That is the misleading part.


Like, which player reads al 60 articles?


Also the fact i didnt get back my winnings, for wagering knowing the rules, is not very customer friendly.

I have 13 days left.


This would not be the reason i should never play.

  • the chat is unfriendly and takes so long to answer.
  • withdrawals taking too long.

Not a friendly site, always some rules u never have heard of on the big sites.
