The player's account got blocked without any explanation.It came to light that the complaint was sports betting related. Unfortunately, we were not able to investigate as we do not currently have insight into sports betting and so the complaint was rejected.

I have been with this casino for about 2 months. They let me signup, deposit, verified my account, and wager but the minute I tried to withdraw they rejected it, flaged my account, and closed my account. They stated they would give me my deposit back and they would be keeping all of my profits. I am attaching their e-mail to this complaint.

My balance with them was $4,666 and my withdraw request was for 1k. Since they closed my account they offered me my deposit of $1,250 back and said they would retain my winnings. Please help.

Could you please advise how long after the verification was your account closed? Can you specify the date of the closure? Did you accumulate your balance with bonus or real money? Did the casino ever specified what fraud did you commit?

Hi nick,


my account was verified maybe a day after I registered and before any deposits were made. They closed my account on 9/12 and no bonuses were used. They never specified anything but that general shady email.
