deposited $50 Aud and had a bonus i did not want added to my account i asked to remove it and they told me that the " manager wont be in for another 4 hours to remove it" which is a lie they want you to start playing with the fund as you can only win 15x the bonus amount ( 25$) who in there right mind would depsosit 50$ wager it 25 times to win 375? refusing to refund me. i dont want to play at a casino that uses such tactics and i want a full refund.

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and if yes, since when exactly? Did you use any of the balance you deposited? Did you contact the casino later when the manager was supposed to be available? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Went back to my account 45 mins later and they removed the bonus and told me if I want a refund I have to pay a commission and wouldn’t tell me how much it would be.

clear tactics to make you play with their unfair bonuses? Why wouldn’t they allow players to remove it themselves?
