I have just joined superboss Casino, deposited few times spend won 3300$ I have withdrawal yesterday to my e-wallet. It was cancelled as they asked for my id so I gave them. I’m verificated now. So I cash out again and no luck. Now casino is saying that provider asked them to check my account for cheating. Something I have never experience playing online casino for over 10 years and cash out much bigger money then 3000$ I’m really worried it’s a scam website as I know 99% of online casinos pays within an hour to e wallets. I’m waiting 24 hrs and on chat guy told me it might take 21 days???????

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.

That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with the casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, please, let us know and we will intervene and try to help you.

My account is verificated. The support says it’s "provider asking for checks for cheating" I have never come across anything like that, I usually only play pragmatic games so it’s just sounds really strange. But I read some comments and reviews of the casino and people keep saying the casino have a long run of "wasting time" in hope players will loose their money before withdrawals so I think that might be the case. My cash outs are pending for 48hrs now so I think it’s time guru changed withdrawal time from 30 mins to at least few days.
