I deposited $40 on this site. I wagered over $4,000 and have probably 5 or 600 left. I was doing fine last night till it said disconnected. When I log back in it shows my balance still at 200 and something dollars. However when I go into any game it says I have to deposit. Why can't I play the rest of my balance? This is pretty screwed up of them to do. But tomorrow I'm going to have the money reversed back to my account. This casino does not deserve a deposit from anybody. Their revenues are a joke. They run without a license. When you call they hang up on you. They have a rude live chat. They appear to be racist. If they hate Americans why they offer their site to us? I hope somebody sues the crap out of this place. And it might be me if I get pissed enough. I've also been known to do the reversal with my bank. You mess with the bull you get the horns

This casino took more out of my bank than what I deposited. I had my bank reversed the charge. Then they went back in the next day and took it out again but they added 47 cents to make it 47.00. I'm going to report my card stolen this morning.

Found out yesterday that fraud is legal in this country. This site took more out of my bank than they were supposed to. My bank reversed the charge. 6 hours after they did this the site went back into my PayPal account and added 47 cents to make it $47 which is a lot more than what I deposited. I contacted PayPal and they said there's nothing they can do about it. They said once a reverse is done the case is closed and cannot be reopened. They said there's nothing they can do to get my money back a second time. So I guess fraud is legal in this country now. We all need to start committing fraud. Since no one gives a shit anymore. Not even your bank

If you experienced unauthorized transactions, I would recommend contacting your bank and official authorities instead of our forum. Please understand that we do not have the resources or power to enforce the legality of rules and run the investigation.

I've done this and my bank said it's legal for a merchant to get money again if reversed.only can reverse 1 charge and if they withdraw it the second time there nothing u can do.Site is just another joke and stupid reps work here

Yes,my bank Reversed the charge.then 6 hours later they took it again but for more.now bank won't reverse it becouse the rep closed the case.

I see. You requested chargeback but it has been taken back by the casino. I assume that the amount is greater as the chargeback was not valid from the merchant's point of view and they added fees to it. Could you please advise what happened to your active balance of €200?
