The player from Washington had requested a withdrawal less than two weeks prior to submitting the complaint. The payment hadn't been processed yet. We had informed the player that withdrawal processes could take some time, potentially due to unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests. We had advised the player to wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawal before submitting a complaint. After extending the timer by 7 days for a response from the player, we did not receive any further communication. Consequently, we were unable to investigate further and had to reject the complaint.

I tried a no deposit bonus and actually won the max 100 and they wanted a deposit of 10 so I deposited 12. My withdraw approved but the split it 100 and 12. I got zero to my wallet but the Blockchain says I should have a whopping 11.90. Min withdraw is 100 so the 100 was approved first. Where is my 112? I don't see 11.90 on my coinbase and I don't see 100 on the Blockchain.
