Today, I requested a withdrawal for an amount of €1000, but it has completely disappeared.
Up until now, everything was working smoothly and it was possible to view your pending withdrawals under "Pending Withdrawals" or in the transaction list. However, the €1000 has now completely disappeared and is no longer appearing anywhere.
Despite the clear traceability in the history of the bets (see attachments), the customer support only responds that the withdrawal cannot be found.
The withdrawal and the money have therefore currently disappeared! I need help!
To explain: I had an open request for €800. I then played "Forge of Olympus" and was able to win approximately €216.
I then cancelled the pending €800 and subsequently withdrew €1000, leaving a balance of around €16 that I used for "Sugar Rush".
Ich habe heute für einen Betrag i.H.v. 1000€ eine Auszahlung beantragt, dieser ist aber komplett verschwunden.
Bisher hat es einwandfrei funktioniert & man konnte seine offenen Auszahlungen über „Pending Withdrawals" bzw. in der Transaktionsliste einsehen, die 1000€ nun sind aber komplett verschwunden und tauchen nirgendsmehr auf.
Trotz deutlicher Nachbollziehbarkeit in dem Verlauf der Einsätze (siehe Anhänge) antwortet der Kundensupport nur, dass die Auszahlung nicht gefunden werden kann.
Die Auszahlung & das Geld ist somit aktuell verschwunden! Bitte um Hilfe!
Zur Erklärung: Ich hatte einen offenen Antrag i.H.v. 800€, habe dann „Forge of Olympus" gespielt und knapp 216€ gewinnen können.
Die offenen 800€ habe ich dann storniert & daraufhin 1000€ ausgezahlt, sodass nur noch knapp 16€ übrig waren, die ich dann für „Sugar Rush" vebraucht habe.

With the winnings from "Forge of Olympus" (€62.28), my account balance was €216.91.
At the same time, there was an open withdrawal request worth €800.

Exactly. I canceled the open request for €800 and this left me with around €1016 in my account balance.
In the screenshots you provided us, I can only see a decrease from €216.91 to €16.43.
This is just an overview of the bets placed in slots. Since I canceled the €800 and paid out the entire €1000 without playing a slot, this is not shown in the overview.
That's exactly my problem: both in the overview of the stakes and in the transaction history, it is only visible that the open €800 was canceled, but the subsequent payout of €1000 can no longer be found.

In den Screenshots, die Sie uns zur Verfügung gestellt haben, kann ich nur einen Rückgang von 216,91 € auf 16,43 € erkennen.
Das ist nur eine Übersicht der getätigten Einsätze in Slots. Da ich die 800€ storniert und ohne ein Slot zu spielen direkt die kompletten 1000€ ausgezahlt hatte, wird dies nicht in der Übersicht angezeigt.
Genau das ist eben mein Problem: Sowohl in der Übersicht der Einsätze, als auch in dem Transaktionsverlauf, ist nur sichtbar, dass die offenen 800€ storniert wurden, aber die anschließende Auszahlung von 1000€ ist nicht mehr auffindbar.
Die komplette Übersicht der getätigten Einsätze wird auf der Website fehler- und lückenhaft dargestellt. Ich werde Ihnen alles zuschicken, was mir zur Verfügung steht & hoffe, dass Sie mir dabei helfen können!

However, the support here was very disappointing, as I received no help for several days - neither by email nor here. I am very disappointed!
Nach hartnäckigem Schreiben und mehrmaligem Kontakt wurden die verschwundenen 1000€ endlich gefunden und mir ausgezahlt.
Sehr enttäuschend war jedoch die Unterstützung hier, da ich mehrere Tage - weder per Mail oder hier - Hilfe erhalten habe. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht!
