I ordered a withdrawal at the casino on September 8, 2024 and it has not been accepted yet. I have withdrawn money from this casino before and never had a problem. in response to why the withdrawal was pending, I received a message that they were checking my gaming session. This is the second casino from this network that delays payments in this way. Regardless of the outcome of this case, I will not deposit any money there again and I do not advise anyone to do so

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
