so the casino has a good layout and many games nice platform easy to use and unique i liked it a lot
so lets go to the deposits 3 times i deposited 750 euros for some reason they kept me more about 120-140 each time and in all transictions they didnt say why neither when i asked customer support and my emails .anyway onother think i didnt like is the withdrows they say 500 every day basicly is 2x500 a week since if u say 500 a day then keep ur promise 2024 what cosumers want? easy withdrows there are plenty of casinos that they offer that after all this i decided to cloase the account their answer was keep it open and do a brake as long as u want just dont come to our website xaxaxax ok i dont recomend this at all go play to the big names for me stay away

Before I start playing at a casino, I want to test it. So, I made a minimum deposit of 20€. I made some wins and I tried to withdraw ONLY 40€. I never used bonus etc. I made KYC verification and I was waiting. They sent to me an email was saying that they don’t accept Revolut, even I made the deposit with that card. I sent back my Skrill. They didn’t accept it! I sent again another card. They wanted more info! I sent them a statement which rejected! I’ve sent them a screenshot from my account. Then they wanted again my address. I’ve sent them again with a bill! They rejected again and asked me for my ID card which they had it! Rejected again!!!!!Then Asked for my passport! Deposited €50 and rolled it up to €300, then the verification process came - verified within a few hours.
I submitted a withdrawal request, the next day I received an email from the KYC team and said my account was not yet verified. And wanted a selfie with my driver's license and a bank statement at the same time. Then they also wanted a screenshot of a deposit method I hadn't used, in this case "SKRILL". I'm betting on SCAM here and just want to scare away the players or simply not pay out.

UPDATE:

After a really bizarre KYC procedure, where I was almost desperate and was about to give up, I was successfully verified (a second time) and the money has already been paid out. In any case, the fact is that not a single euro is paid in there anymore.

I won 400 euros but can't withdraw the money. They just keep asking for a bunch of documents for verification even though I've already submitted everything. When their email arrives, there is never a name of a person who sent the email, so it is a standard template they send out all the time where it says which documents they need to be able to pay out the money. This is repeated again and again without any result. This casino is terribly dishonest. Do not play on Stelario because you are being scammed.

I can only agree with the negative reviews below me. The casino is absolutely not recommended. The RTP is in the basement! You always only win between €1 and €8 and never more than €10. The live chat is completely overwhelmed and does not even answer the questions but refers to the email for everything. What is support for if it can't help you with anything? Had forgotten my user name, was referred to mail, have set up a duplicate account because I was too stupid to wait for an email. But I reported it directly in live chat and asked to close the old ACC, and was referred to email again. Then I couldn't activate FS, was referred to email again. I've really never encountered such an incompetent live chat. This casino does not make a serious impression.

Maybe otherwise relative ok, but withdrawals don't work. Whatever documents are required and once they have been sent there will be a couple of days to get a new request for the documents.
