Hi, i made a withdrawal of €5000. I have waited 4 days where they have now emailed me to ask  me to split it into to withdrawals of €2500. It may be a delaying tactic as I now have to wait another time before it is looke  at.  Will I ever get paid out? All my  documents have been verified, no bonus or free spins, I have not exceeded the 30% betting rule either.

Dear Stuart,

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. Please allow me to ask you a few questions, so I can fully understand, what the issue might be. Was this your first withdrawal request? Which payment method did you opt for? Have you canceled your initial request and placed a new one? Since the casino requested the payment being split into two instalments to speed up the process, I would like to wait for the first successful withdrawal to reach you, to see how long it takes. I hope we will be able to help you resolving this issue as soon as possible. Looking forward to hearing from you.

Best regards,

Petronela
