Hi, after withdrawal request I was asked to send ID and selfie with ID.

The account had already been verified.

I then proceed to send front side of document and selfie with documents in hand.

I send about 30 mails with legible photos that dispute me.

Now at the 30th they tell me that the document must be the usual one for opening the account, but as I indicated I lost it and making a new identity card changes the number.

I did however send a photo of the old one, as well as the new one.

I can send the complete conversation with the support, who after 30 emails containing about 60 photos from all possible and imaginable angles still disputes my verification.
