Such checks may take up to 2 weeks and are quite usual in many casinos. Please be sure to wait at least until the end of this week for an update from the casino. Let us know if they would contact you let let you know anything about your account.

Some time ago, I noticed we have also another open complaint with the user having the same name and surname on casino.guru as you. This is the link to the mentioned similar complaint - https://casino.guru/star111-casino-player-s-account-has-been-blocked

Can you please rationally explain to me how is it possible that the other user has the same name and surname as you, but just a different username on casino.guru? In addition, this user stated the same Player ID and filled the same Player Email (except for the number in the email, but at the same website, containing your name and surname). 

Although this user did not fill in his Player ID used in Star111 Casino, he sent me a screenshot of his login, also later confirmed in his post, with the same Player ID as you filled in here, in this complaint.

It means that at least we are talking about the same player's account in Star111 Casino, but different emails.

Do you have more than 1 account in this casino? If yes, please, explain the whole situation in more detail.

I am looking forward to hearing an explanation from you soon.

The duplicate complaint has been already rejected. It is forbidden to file multiple complaints on casino.guru of the same issue. From now on, I will reply only here.

I will set the timer again to the casino and we will wait for its reply. However, in the meantime, provide me please with the approximate disputed amount of your complaint, or confirm the one that is set for this complaint. 2 complaints have been filed on casino.guru regarding the same issue, but both complaints have different disputed amounts. It would be good to know the exact amount. It is not clear now.
