Why am I receiving promotional emails from them? I've am self excluded on their website. This is not ok at all. Something has to be done

  • How often do you receive such emails?
  • Do they all come from the same email address?
  • Have you tried unsubscribing from these emails? Usually, there is an option to do so at the bottom of the message.
