The issue started over a month ago and still now Stake does not pay my winnings .

I got a multiplier of 59569 x 0.20 + 36.44 (winnings before entering bonus feature ) and Stake paid me only the 36.44 .


I have also noticed that Stake after 7 - 10 days removed the whole history but I got already screenshots …


I have attached screenshots of my win and also attached also the conversation we had with Stake today which denied to pay and reopened one more time the issue (every time it gets 14 days to get back to me without a resolution of course )

Hi , the issue happened on 12 May when the session of free spins disappeared and never credited but the game started actually on 27 April 15:24 (Athens Greece time )

the round actually never finished (it dissapeared actually on 12 may .

Also Stake after a week . On 20 may I think replaced all the nolimit city slots (are loading from different provider , I noticed it because all the history gone from all currencies on stake )

also the same period stake added some 50$ bonuses because of the laggings of the site


A WEIRD THINK I NOTICED

also on 12 may on 9:54:55 a spin I never made appeared in history which I never actually made without actually showing the balance

After waiting two weeks Stake credited me 36.44 on my balance because of their mistake (probably the support guy didn’t know that in the total win displayed only the win before entering free spins ) while the win was this amount plus 59569 x 0.20 .

The whole communication with Stake is terrible . Anytime I am asking about the issue we have response (they are answering like nothing happening and how can they help ) and each time I will have to describe the whole situation from the begging

I reviewed the entire communication between you and the casino. Unfortunately, since there is no solid evidence supporting a higher payout, we cannot proceed with this case. The forwarded screenshot also indicates that the payout should be $36.44.

If you still believe the payout should be higher, please contact the game provider directly. They might be able to provide a replay, as the casino couldn't, and it's challenging to determine the game's outcome from a single screenshot.
