WARNING Check the reviews in TripAdvisor 100% negative ones. All of their positive ones in TripAdvisor were deleted because they were fake ones!!!
The casino's RTP is awful so this is why everyone receives a VIP manager who will give you some NDP to "balance" things out. 2. The VIP manager is unimaginably slow in the response but that's all intentional. Example: you send a request to the support, the support sends it to the VIP manager and after few days the VIP manager writes you. "The support team has informed me about your request. How can I assist you?" I did not have issues with the verification like 90% of the players but I could not say the same about the withdrawal. It got cancelled numerous times with no notification nor explanation whatsoever. Their support agents lie constantly. One agent tells me that the withdrawal is processed, the other says that it is being reviewed. Before that one agent was impudent enough to tell me that the cancelled withdrawals were done by me which is outrageous. Since they lie I doubt that the withdrawal is not processed at all so I will be getting it via complaint and I will add the chat transcripts to expose their foul play
