The player from India could not deposit money or play because their Stake account was set to withdraw-only mode. Despite submitting level-2 verification, it had not been reviewed yet. We informed the player that casinos have the right to restrict accounts for various reasons. The player later confirmed that their account had been restored to normal mode and all restrictions had been removed. The complaint was marked as resolved.

My stake account has been set to withdraw only mode without providing any reason for the same. I'm not able to deposit any amount nor I'm able to play using my stake account. Also i've submitted level-2 verification but it's not reviewed yet. Please look into this issue.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. Please understand, that we can’t penalize the casino for limiting activity of your account. Casinos, in general, have a right to restrict or even close players’ accounts if they suspect irregular play or other questionable activities or for no reason at all. 

Could you please advise if you currently have an active balance in your casino account?

My account has been set back to normal mode now and all restrictions have been removed.
