I am trying to withdraw money from my account but it shows that my account is temporarily suspended. I cannot place any bet also cannot chat in the community . In simple terms I cannot do anything rather than logging in.


Please help me resolve this issue as soon as possible.


Then what about this verification Reminder where it says I can still deposit play and withdraw while verification is being reviewed.


Also my level 1 and 2 is not yet confirmed from stakes side and what if it will take years to verify You only wrote that you dont have any ETA for documents to be reviewed. when verification will be done when I will be able to withdraw & why you manipulating me instead of giving proper response.


Im going into depression and its killing me


When I connect with live support they says to mail support+india@stake.com and when I mail to same they give me the mail id of accounts@stake.com and after mailing them they says complete kyc but the stake didn't even look into my kyc and withdraw issue please help me out I have screenshot attached

Could you please advise since when is your account fully verified? Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

First of all the stake support is not even verifying my kyc. And yes I have played using my real money if you want I will attach the first and the latest transaction receipt. Lastly I have connected with the stake support was couple days before but continuously I'm following up with the support team to verify but they are not giving proper response

The first deposit made on 10:53 AM 19 January 2024 and from that time I win huge profit and because of that stake put my account on temporary suspension. Also when I contacted to accounts@stake.com for this suspended temporarily problem they replied wait for kyc to be verified but when I go to kyc section in my stake profile their the pop up says

Please note that we do not have any

estimated time when your documents will be

reviewed


But I cannot do any activity like deposit withdrawing betting. Nothing is allow everything is restricted

I lost my account. I can't login now all of my money gone and I lost everything. I'm getting depressed day by day. I have not even submitted any self excluded thing from my account and If incase I did then there should be 24 hrs cooldown period too. But stake have closed my account without any permission and not any information.
